Enquiry privacy notice

How the SailinChem enquiry workflow handles the information you submit.

Information submitted in enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, company, product requirements, quantity and destination. The form asks for agreement to process these details in order to respond to the request. Please do not include unrelated sensitive information.

Storage and use

Requests are stored in the WordPress site’s private enquiry inbox for authorized site administrators and commerce managers. They are used to assess and respond to sourcing requests. A submission does not subscribe you to marketing or place an order.

Technical data

The form uses a temporary, hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions. The comparison feature stores selected product IDs in your browser’s local storage. When JavaScript and browser storage are available, submitting an enquiry also keeps a temporary form draft in this tab’s session storage to recover a failed submission. Drafts are ignored after 30 minutes and removed on successful submission. They are not sent to a separate analytics or marketing service. Hosting and security services may process technical request logs under the site operator’s hosting arrangements.

Account features and translation

If you choose to create a WooCommerce account, the account workflow collects the information shown in that form. The site’s existing translation service may make requests to its provider when used.

Requests about your data

To ask about access, correction or removal of enquiry data, submit a request through Contact and identify the email address used for the original enquiry. Verification may be required before releasing or changing personal data.
