Quality & chemical documentation

Know what to request, what to check and what still needs product-specific confirmation.

Start with the exact product identity

Match the commercial name, CAS number, grade and specification to the intended product. A shared chemical name does not establish that two offered grades meet the same acceptance criteria.

Request the right documents

Document Purpose Key checks
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Hazard and safe-use communication Identity, supplier, revision and applicable jurisdiction
Certificate of Analysis (COA) Reported results for a stated batch Batch reference, test methods, limits and results
Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Technical or application information Grade, stated conditions, revision and supplier

A missing download link means the document is not published on that product page. You can request it in the quotation form; this does not establish that it is available.

Confirm destination requirements

Import, workplace, transport and application requirements depend on the product, destination and intended use. Obtain the current documents for the actual supply and have the appropriate technical or compliance person review them.

For SDS background, consult OSHA hazard communication questions and answers and ECHA guidance on safety data sheets. These sources do not certify a SailinChem product or supplier.

Make the enquiry precise

Include your required grade, specification limits, packaging, quantity, destination and document needs. Start an RFQ.
